Reports to: Branch Manager Employment Status: Full-time Job Summary: • Entry Level Position!• Sense of Urgency (being proactive vs. reactive)• High-Level Communication Skills• Team Player and coachable individual• Organized and Task-oriented• Speaks with Clients building rapport• Collects and reviews Documents for their Home Loan• Reviews Loan Application for application• Submitting for Pre-Approval and collecting all Pre Approval Critical Conditions• Manages Accurate Data within CRM• Works with Loan Officers, Realtors, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the Start Responsibilities:Non-Essential Job Functions:• Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.• Adopts CrossCountry values in personal work behaviors, decision-making, contributions, and interpersonal interactions.• Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun.• Performs other duties as assigned this job is creative, fast, fun, and can serve many different Departments! Qualifications:Required Knowledge and Skills:• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge.• Willingness to gain NMLS License.• Organization Skills.
