Practice Area: Data Privacy - Transactional,IP - Litigation General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 7 Years, A law firm in Portland, OR, seeks an experienced Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel to support its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably with a background in civil litigation, particularly in intellectual property (IP) litigation, and a proven track record in internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases.Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to cybercrime and IP enforcement.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and IP enforcement preferred.Experience in civil litigation, particularly IP litigation.Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations about cybercrime and intellectual property.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
