Lead Electrician needed in Bedford, IN!1st shift: 7am-5:30 Monday-ThursdayAverage 45-50 hours/weekSummary:The Lead Electrician will be responsible for helping design electrical systems, working with electricity, overseeing power distribution and power systems, and leading the electrical crew. They will also be involved in the creation and implementation of electrical design plans.Qualifications: * Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering skills * Experience in working with electricity and power systems (AC/DC and 3 phase) * Knowledge of power distribution principles * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Leadership skills are also essential for this role. * Experience in the marine or yacht industry is a plus
