CONSTRUCTION / SKILLED LABOR TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of construction/skilled labor experience A valid driver's license with a good driving record Basic computer skills Skills in carpentry, ventilation, and/or retrofits would be a plus but is not required.
