The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for expertise in representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.Duties:Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.Represent private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance matters.Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and opinions.Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in transactions.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance transactions.Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Experience working at an Am Law 100 law firm.Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).Admission to the New York Bar.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).Admission to the New York Bar.Skills:Strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
