Our own brands and private labels, with nationwide distribution, include:-- Rancho La Gloria Ready to Drink Margaritas---- Rancho La Gloria Ranch Water---- Big Sipz-- Kirkland Signature Tequila---- Kirkland Signature Hard Seltzers-- Dough Ball Whiskey--Patco products are sold in every major retailer including Costco, H.E.B., Kroger's, Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods Market, just to name a few.----------Responsibilities:--Experience working with compound flavors using existing and/or new formulations.Experience working on ideation, flavor and product innovation and renovation--Produce formulations to create high quality beverage products to meet sensory requirementsCompound new and/or existing products including juice concentrates and flavors based on defined customer or in house requirements with specific instructions on each project--Work with our R&D team on internal products and private label products--Create flavors and pair flavors together to create an impact for all products--Keep ahead of the trends and continuing to source the newest unique flavor ingredients availableCreate and maintain a process regarding finished goods and flavor extensions to ensure all components meet our criteria for acceptability.Work with flavor and ingredient suppliers (and internal procurement team) to ensure steady source of ingredients are availableCoordinate testing for products as requiredParticipate in sensory evaluations as required.--Requirements:--You hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.6+ years as an experienced flavor chemist with experience in juice, alc beverages or juice-based productsStrong communication skills (written and oral)Excellent organization skills--You have experience and with CPG products, preferably alc beverage, juice-based or juice products--Passionate about food and beverage, and especially alcohol beverage productsStrong knowledge of TTB and/or food and beverage regulatory complianceFamiliar working with external resources including suppliers and co-manufacturersBy applying for this position, we are collecting personal information from you.
