A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II for a remote and temporary position. Key Responsibilities: Monitor incoming calls and provide feedback on call performance Assess quality of service provided and adherence to policies and procedures Evaluate interactions between callers and workers to ensure standards are met Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience May have training or education in a specialized area U.S. citizenship required for federal contract support Home office requirements include hardwired internet connection and private work area All equipment, including laptop and headset, will be provided by the company
