Douglasville ACE Hardware is looking for a Mechanic Shop Assistant to help the mechanics with daily repair jobs.The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined and have experience in small engine repair and knowledge of power equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.* Sharpen blades that come in on repairs and walk in customers* Wash mowers and prepare for customer pick up* Ensures proper check in and check out of equipment* Assist in small jobs for repair, * Performs other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-time Requirements Knowledge of 2 cycle small enginesWillingness to learn Must be able to effectively navigate basic computer programs Additional Info Benefits:Excellent hours401(k)Dental InsuranceEmployee DiscountHealth InsurancePaid Time OffVision Insurance
