We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our Maintenance and Grounds team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective management of billing, maintenance, fleet, inventory, and operational planning. Vendor Communications: Communicate with external vendors to obtain quotes, analyze pricing for best options, and coordinate service calls and purchases. CMMS Integration/Management: Implement and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of all facilities requests. Preventive Maintenance Planning: Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential issues. Operations Management: Prepare and review reports for tracking and monitoring needs across departments. Facility Maintenance Requests: Utilize CMMS for effective implementation and management. Staff Scheduling: Prepare and manage weekly schedules, monitor overtime, and maintain budget compliance.
