Job Overview:Contribute significantly to the growth of strategic practices such as private credit, acquisition financing, special situations, restructuring, and private equity.Play a key role in secured lending matters, including acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance. Duties:Manage a diverse portfolio of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance.Lead signings and closings, overseeing the drafting of debt commitment papers and credit documentation. Requirements:Admission to and membership in good standing of the Texas Bar.7-10 years of relevant legal experience.Preferred experience as a pivotal member of deal teams.Familiarity with direct lending, special situation financings, and restructuring beneficial. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admitted to and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar. Skills:Strong grasp of secured lending matters.Ability to effectively lead and manage deal teams.Proficient in drafting and negotiating legal documents.Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.Knowledge of private equity-related corporate finance transactions is advantageous.
