The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in real estate with a focus on real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and must be a member (in Good Standing) of the Bar. Duties:Conducting legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.Drafting and reviewing real estate agreements, contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Advising clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions.Assisting in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.Representing clients in real estate negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings.Providing legal counsel on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Member (in Good Standing) of the Bar.1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate law.Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and transactions.Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Member (in Good Standing) of the Bar. Skills:Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and transactions.Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
