Crown Lift Trucks is opening a new location in the Phoenix, AZ area and is seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions. PARTS SUPERVISOR Job Responsibilities: : Conduct meetings with parts personnel to coordinate activities: Set and review parts inventory levels, monitor overstocked and understocked parts, and assist with periodic return of overstocked items to corporate office: May oversee parts fleet vehicle maintenance: May review and approve vendor invoices: Conduct and participate in parts strategy meetings, including assisting with account strategy: Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations, participate in product demonstrations, and address customer service issues: Select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports: Assist manager with budget preparation Qualifications: : High school diploma or equivalent: Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills: Ability to lift 50 lbs.: Valid drivers license and good driving record: Preferred qualifications include associate degree and five to seven years of experience in parts distribution, inventory control, warehouse management, lift truck industry, or automotive industry Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
