NEIS is seeking an Auditor Trainer/QA Reviewer as we continue to grow our team! Auditor Trainer/QA Reviewers help train new auditors to NEIS and act as a mentor during their training period. Job Responsibilities: Participate in conducting either classroom or virtual training sessions for new hires as needed Conduct quality review of the trainees’ work as they complete audits during the training process Provide review-mentoring for new hires that complete the training program as they progress Provide feedback to the new hire’s manager and training management based on the trainee’s progress Assist with regular review work as necessary Assist as a back- up as necessary to the field rep inquiry help desk Job Requirements: Minimum of 7-8 years in premium audit as a field auditor or reviewer with some experience training field auditors Excellent communication skills Prior training experience Compensation and Benefits: Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options Generous paid time off policy and 7 paid holidays Salary is $65,000 - $75,000 per year (DOE) Weekly pay 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!
